Schenectady, N.Y. (WNYT) – Ashley Rivera is upset about the picture she saw of her son, who is in second grade at Lincoln Elementary, and also that the school never notified her.
“I don’t think it’s okay for her to put her foot on any child, especially a child with any type of disability,” she said.
