Man facing multiple drug charges following welfare check

MILTON, NY (WRGB) — A welfare check in Milton, N.Y., led to the arrest of a man on multiple drug charges, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office reported.

On Wednesday at 4:06 p.m., deputies responded to a call from a resident on Middle Line Road who reported an unknown male sleeping in a vehicle parked in his driveway. The investigation resulted in the arrest of the individual, identified as Peter J. Antenucci, on several charges, including criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree (a class B felony), fourth degree (a class C felony), and seventh degree, as well as criminal use of drug paraphernalia in the second degree (class A misdemeanors).

Antenucci is accused of knowingly and unlawfully possessing a controlled substance with the intent to sell it and possessing a narcotic drug with an aggregate weight of one-eighth ounce or more.
