Halfmoon, NY (WRGB) — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office has identified the victim and driver involved in a vehicle crash that occurred Saturday at Valvoline in the town of Halfmoon.
The victim 50-year-old Skiander Samuel of Schenectady, N.Y., was an employee of Valvoline and died from his injuries Monday at Albany Medical Center.
