TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Over 2,900 residents lost power across Troy on Wednesday morning, city officials announced. The outages were first reported around 9:30 a.m.

After initially listing the expected restoration time as 1:15 p.m., most properties had their power restored by 11:20 a.m., according to National Grid’s outage map.
