The 14-year-old’s remains were found in a wooded area of Selkirk on Jan. 8, 1992, months after he vanished from Albany, according to police.
Crowley was last seen alive on March 27, 1991, in the area of Northern Boulevard and Livingston Avenue in Albany. His death has since been ruled a homicide.
