ALBANY — The owners of the pizza-focused Taste of Italy in Latham said they have purchased the restaurant Risotto, which opened in 2011 at 320 Northern Blvd., across from Samaritan Hospital — Albany Memorial campus.
They plan to debut it in the spring as a full-service Italian spot named Grazie, the Italian word for “Thank you.”
Frank and Alyssa Cappello, who founded Taste of Italy in mid-2019, said in a video posted on Facebook on Friday that they finalized the deal the prior day. Risotto appears to have closed in mid-December, according to comments on social media…
