SCHENECTADY —The librarian accused of placing her foot on the back of an 8-year-old special needs student while he was face down on a classroom floor at Lincoln Elementary Community School is stepping down from her job with the district, according to the agenda for Wednesday’s regular Board of Education meeting.
The resignation of the librarian was approved by the school board on Wednesday night. Her resignation takes effect on March 9. The Times Union has been unable to reach the librarian.
