ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT) – An Albany man was sentenced on Wednesday to 15 years in prison for climbing into the window of a woman’s apartment and forcing her to perform a sex act.
Albany Police said Lamont Evans broke into a Lancaster Street apartment on June 15 just after 8:30 p.m. The woman, who Evans did not know, was sleeping.
Evans left the apartment and was arrested a short time later…
