SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (WNYT)- The Schenectady Police Department says they are still working to identify a man seen in a video repeatedly hitting a dog.
Pictures were posted on the Schenectady Animal Control’s Facebook page January 14 showing a dog in one and a man in the other.
