SARATOGA, NY — A 26-year-old man was arrested Friday following a property damage crash on state Route 29.
Michael H. Sconzo, of Cambridge, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and moving from lane unsafely, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
