Marcella’s Appliance Center is expanding once again. The Schenectady appliance store on Monday acquired Cocca’s Appliances, located on Railroad Avenue in Colonie, the company announced.
It’s the second business acquisition in less than two years for the nearly 70-year-old company, based at 560 Broadway in Schenectady. In January 2024, Marcella’s acquired Adirondack Appliance in Saratoga Springs and opened a 30,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution center in Rotterdam.
