ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT) – The man accused of killing his parents and burying their bodies in the backyard of his home will be back in court Wednesday morning, as his attorney attempts to get his television confession thrown out.
Lorenz Kraus has been charged in the killing of Franz and Theresia Kraus at their home at 6 Crestwood Court sometime between July 2017 and September 2017. He then allegedly stole their Social Security benefits.
