The New York Lottery held its Million Dollar Raffle commemorating the Erie Canal bicentennial last year, with the winning numbers announced at the end of October. Although they didn’t reveal the actual winners, they knew where the winning tickets were sold.
The winning tickets were drawn on October 26th, 2025, and there were fifteen winners from all over the state.
