WATERFORD, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A Waterford man is facing multiple charges after police said he was in possession of illegal guns and child exploitation materials.
A search warrant was executed at the home and vehicle of Douglas McCann on Jan. 7 as part of an investigation by the Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce. As a result, electronics, illegally possessed firearms, and high capacity magazines were seized.

The 48-year-old was charged with 13 counts of criminal possession of a weapon, six counts of criminal possession of a firearm, and two counts of unlawful possession of certain ammunition feeding devices.
McCann surrendered himself to New York State Police the same day. He was arraigned and sent to the Saratoga County Jail in lieu of bail…
