DELMAR, N.Y. (WRGB) — A Catskill man is charged in a scheme that stole $22,000 from a Delmar woman’s bank account.
Donovan May II, 28, is accused of grand larceny, identity theft, and criminal possession of stolen property. He was arrested on Jan. 16.
