ALBANY — There’s something in the air that’s making employees at the state Department of Health’s regional office on Central Avenue sick.
State employees report going home with mind-numbing headaches or with coughing fits. Others have watery and red eyes. Some say they step outside during their shift because they are struggling to breathe.
