Upstate NY cop arrested by State Police, accused of selling drugs

ALBANY — An Upstate New York police officer was arrested by New York State Police on Friday and accused of selling illegal drugs while off-duty.

After an eight-month-long investigation, Albany Police officer Nathan M. Ensel, 45, of Rensselaer and Astoria resident Leocadio J. Espinal, 46, were both arrested on felony drug charges.
