ALBANY — City police identified the two people killed after a man allegedly fatally shot a woman and then himself Tuesday at a Myrtle Avenue home.
Officers arrived around 3:06 p.m. at 632 Myrtle Ave. and found 65-year-old Patricia Kelley and 60-year-old Patrick Burke Jr. suffering gunshot wounds, police said in an update Thursday. They were treated by city firefighters and emergency medical personnel and pronounced dead at the scene.
Kelley’s son, Brian, told CBS6 that his mother had allowed Burke to stay at her home for the last 10 years, believing that he needed support and hoping that it would help him get back on his feet…
