A 30-year-old man from Hudson has pleaded guilty to multiple burglary and grand larceny charges stemming from a yearlong retail theft spree across Albany County. Gino Guadagno will face four to eight years in state prison when he is sentenced on Tuesday (March 25).
According to CBS6 Albany, Guadagno’s crime spree began in April 2025 when he stole a toothbrush from a Market 32 grocery store on Madison Avenue, resulting in a ban from all locations. He violated that ban in July, stealing more than $200 in merchandise from a Market 32 in Slingerlands, New York.
Between September and October 2025, Guadagno escalated his criminal activity, stealing from a CVS pharmacy on New Scotland Avenue eight separate times. The thefts totaled $3,252 in stolen merchandise. He was later arrested at Colonie Center for bail jumping and failing to appear in court…
