SARATOGA SPRINGS — A city supervisor who was charged with drunken driving earlier this month pleaded not guilty on Thursday morning in Saratoga Springs City Court.
Sarah Burger and her attorney Matthew Chauvin declined to comment as they left Judge Jeffrey Wait’s courtroom, according to the Post-Star.
Burger, a 42-year-old attorney who was just sworn in on Jan. 1 as a member of the Saratoga County Board of Supervisors, was pulled over at 11:46 p.m. on Jan. 10 by state Park Police for allegedly speeding in her gray 2023 BMW near the Lincoln Baths.
