Albany police have identified the two individuals who died in a murder-suicide that occurred on Tuesday (January 28) at a home on Myrtle Avenue.
According to authorities, 65-year-old Patricia Kelley was shot and killed by 60-year-old Patrick Burke Jr., who then turned the gun on himself. Officers responded to the residence at approximately 3:06 p.m. after receiving reports of two people shot inside the home. Both individuals were pronounced dead at the scene.
