A report was issued from the National Weather Service on Sunday at 7:24 a.m. for winds until 10 a.m. for Northern Warren as well as Hamilton, Fulton and Saratoga counties.
“Temperatures are ranging from 5 below to 20 below zero across the southern Adirondacks early this morning. Winds are mostly calm, however where there is a 5 to 10 mph breeze, wind chills will occasionally drop to 20 below to 30 below zero in some spots this morning. This could cause frostbite on exposed skin in less than 30 minutes Use caution if venturing outside and wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves,” states the weather service.
