CORINTH, NY (WRGB) — A welfare check in the town of Corinth led to the arrest of a man on serious charges, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
On Saturday at 6:50 p.m., deputies responded to a call on Stark Road after a person rang a doorbell and reported being assaulted and abandoned on the roadside.
The investigation resulted in the arrest of Daniel P Tubbs of Corinth , who faces charges of second-degree assault, a class D felony, and second-degree reckless endangerment, a class A misdemeanor.
