Driver refuses chemical test after DWI crash on Route 29 in Galway sends 2 to hospital

GALWAY, NY (WRGB) — A crash in Saratoga County sent two people to the hospital after a driver was operating a car underthe influence.

The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to a personal injury crash on Saturday around 12:30 p.m. on state Route 29 in Galway.

When deputies arrived, they found Timothy Magagnos, 45, of Broadalbin, to be driving while intoxicated. He failed to yield to the right of way from a stop sign at an intersection…
