ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10)– Mazzone Hospitality, a leader in catering, hospitality, and dining services, has acquired a historic event space in Albany. According to an announcement Tuesday, the group will become The Kenmore Ballroom’s exclusive hospitality and catering partner.

According to Mazzone Hospitality, the acquisition of the 15,000-square-foot event space blends together timeless elegance with culinary excellence.
“At Mazzone Hospitality, our mission has always been simple – to serve exceptional food, make people feel special, and create unforgettable memories,” said Justine Ochal, vice president of Sales and Client Relations. “The Kenmore Ballroom’s rich history, architectural beauty, and central location make it a natural addition to our portfolio of premier venues throughout the Capital District.”
Mazzone Hospitality teams up with Lake House Cottages in Lanesborough
The newly renovated space is part of Redburn Development Partner’s $80 million transformation project of the long-vacant Kenmore Building.
The ballroom is located in the Kenmore Building, located at 76 North Pearl Street. It features:
- Sit-down dinners for up to 300 guests
- Cocktail receptions for up to 500 guests
- Dramatic soaring ceilings
- A grand double staircase with a crystal chandelier
- Hardwood dance floors with flexible layout options
- Floor-to-ceiling windows on the second-floor mezzanine
- A separate bar and lounge on the main level
