PORTER CORNERS, N.Y. (NEWS10) —As winter weather hits, propane delivery delays can become a serious concern. Many customers are still waiting weeks for deliveries despite repeated attempts to call to get their tanks refilled on time.
Ferrellgas says winter weather and recent snowstorms have caused delivery delays of up to seven days. But many customers say they’ve waited much longer.
Ron Nadler, a customer for 14 years with Ferrellgas says his deliveries over the years have been delayed, “too many times to count. At least over a dozen times [and] I know I’ve run out with them at least six or seven times.
