ALBANY, N.Y (WNYT)- An Albany man who wore a clown mask and wielded a chainsaw in a Cohoes neighborhood is heading to state prison.
Craig Wolcott, 35, was sentenced Friday, February 6 to one and a half to four and a half years in state prison.
