GLENVILLE, N.Y. (WNYT) – The Glenville woman accused of running over someone at a Malta restaurant has refused a plea deal for the top charge, vehicular manslaughter.
Morgan Lange is accused of running over Joshua Soden, 29, in the parking lot of Bentley’s Tavern in September 2025.
According to Saratoga County District Attorney Brett Eby, Lange was offered a plea deal for the vehicular manslaughter charge, in which she would be sentenced to state prison, and serve less than the maximum. Eby tells NewsChannel 13 that the deal has now expired, and the case will go in front of a grand jury. The maximum sentence is 2 1/3 to seven years in prison…
