Man Arrested for 130 MPH Crash That Killed an Upstate NY Woman

A Virginia man has been arrested after he allegedly caused a high-speed crash that resulted in the death of an Upstate New York woman.

The New York State Police have announced the arrest of a 38-year-old man and charged him with criminally negligent homicide, a felony, after he allegedly caused a three-car accident that resulted in the death of a 63-year-old woman from Glens Falls, NY.

The accident, which happened on November 1st, 2025, at approximately 4:44 p.m. on the northbound side of I-87 near Exit 23 in the town of Bethlehem, NY, involved three vehicles traveling along the New York State Thruway, including two Chevrolet sedans and a 2009 Ram pickup truck. Police said that one of the vehicles, a 2011 Chevrolet sedan driven by William F. McAllister, was allegedly driving at more than 130 miles per hour in the left lane on the thruway when it attempted to move into the right lane, and sideswiped a 2009 Ram pickup truck…
