Michel Manuel Garcia Rojas, 39, pleaded guilty in Albany federal court Monday, Feb. 9, to resisting, impeding, and assaulting a federal officer engaged in official duties and causing bodily injury.
Garcia Rojas entered the US illegally in 2023 and was in removal proceedings while living in Albany, according to the US Attorney’s Office.
