ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Emack & Bolio’s, located at 366 Delaware Avenue in Albany, is opening up a second location. The new location will be at 664 New Loudon Road in Latham in the Fresh Market Plaza between Verizon and Spectrum.

Owner Orah LeHockey bought the business from the previous owner in 2023. She told NEWS10 she was approached about opening a second location, and then she found the spot in Latham.
“We’re really excited to expand,” said LeHockey.
The Latham location will have all the same offerings as the Albany spot including ice cream, sundaes, milkshakes, smoothies, espresso, chocolates, ice cream cakes, and specialty cones. Unlike the Albany location, LeHockey said the Latham shop will not be able to have live music.

The Latham space is currently going through some renovations. LeHockey is planning to open the new location sometime this summer. The shop will be open every day from noon to 10 p.m…
