State of the City address projects a safer, cleaner Troy

TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Tonight at Mayor Carmella Mantello’s State of the City Address she projected a safer and cleaner Troy in 2026.

Infrastructure, safety and downtown investment were her focus for the evening as well as a contentious relationship with the Troy City Council. She said she’s extending an olive branch and wants to get things done.
