ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT)- Mohammad Ansar, a man accused of raping a Watervliet woman in her apartment with her young child present, pled guilty to Third Degree Rape on Wednesday, February 11.
The rape happened on June 23, 2025 after Ansar, a maintenance worker, let himself into his victim’s apartment, telling the victim he was there to do some repair work, according to the Watervliet Police Department.
