SARATOGA COUNTY, N.Y. (WNYT) – A Saratoga Springs man has been arrested on multiple charges after a disturbance in Stillwater.
On February 15, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to DiDonna Lane after a disturbance call. Police say Cody A.
