SARATOGA, NY — A woman was arrested on drunken driving charges following a property damage crash Thursday night on state Route 9P.
Kiera M. Walker, 25, of Mechanicville, was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater, both unclassified misdemeanors.
She also was charged with operating a motor vehicle while using a portable electronic device, moving from lane unsafely and failing to notify the Department of Motor Vehicles of an address change, all infractions…
