TROY, N.Y. (WNYT) – A Troy man has been sentenced after abusing a French bulldog.
The Rensselaer County District Attorney’s Office says Nigel Blakes-Sanni, 25, pled guilty to a violation of the Agriculture and Market Law Section 353.
