ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT)- The murder of Baby Moses Washington in Albany, once a cold case, was solved after nearly three decades.

In September 1997, a newborn was found dead near a flower bed in Washington Park, Albany. Police pursued leads for years, determined to find the child’s mother and killer.
