Green Island, NY (WRGB) — Another power outage in Green Island is sparking frustration and safety concerns among residents, some of whom say the recurring problem has become dangerous during winter weather.
Former resident Robert Blake, who lived in the village for more than 20 years before moving away, said he was not surprised by the latest outage.
