In partnership with CREATE Community Studio, Cycle Schenectady will use the grant to design and install a mural in the tunnel under the railroad tracks where the Empire State Trail intersects in Rotterdam Junction. The project aims to add color and energy to the tunnel, making it more welcoming for all.
