Albany, NY (WRGB) — More than two decades after Suzanne G. Lyall was last seen leaving work at Crossgates Mall, authorities continue to document the details of her disappearance in hopes they will lead to answers.
Lyall, a white woman born April 6, 1978, is 5-foot-3 and weighs 175 pounds, with blue eyes. She has a brown birthmark on her left calf, a mole on her left cheek beneath her ear lobe, and a surgical scar on her left foot.
