Albany, New York – Wednesday — Snowfall totals across eastern New York and western New England ranged from less than an inch to more than 6 inches during a storm that moved through the region March 3–4.

According to the National Weather Service in Albany, the heaviest snowfall was recorded in western Massachusetts and parts of southern Vermont, where totals reached between 5 and 6.5 inches in communities including Pittsfield, North Adams, Rutland and surrounding higher elevations…
