Capital Region, NY (WRGB) — Cardona’s Market is marking National Meatball Day and St. Patrick’s Day this month with two limited-time sandwiches and a holiday catering package.
The family-owned specialty foods market and catering company, which has served the Capital Region since 1945, will bring back its “Cardona’s Meatball Italiano” for one day only on Sunday, March 9. The sandwich features three of Cardona’s traditional meatballs topped with homemade sauces in the colors of the Italian flag: pesto, alfredo and marinara, served on a toasted roll.
