ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT) – A 20-year-old Albany man has been charged after allegedly attacking a victim with a gun and knife, says Albany County District Attorney Lee Kindlon.
George Perment was arrested following a grand jury indictment that charges him with multiple offenses, including Second Degree Attempted Murder.
