CLIFTON PARK, NY (WRGB) — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested an Albany man Friday for bail jumping in the 2nd degree, a class E felony.
According to the sheriff’s office, Jeffrey M. Boldish, 40, is accused of failing to appear in court personally on the required date or within 30 days thereafter, after the court allowed him to remain at liberty after he had been charged with a felony.
He had originally been charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument in the 2nd degree (class D felony) and criminal impersonation in the 2nd degree (class A misdemeanor) stemming from an incident that allegedly occurred on Aug. 12, 2022, in the town of Clifton Park…
