TROY, N.Y. (WNYT)- Troy Police say they have arrested a 29-year-old man after a shots fired incident late Saturday, March 7.
Around 11:30 p.m., officers responded to 4th Avenue near 119th Street following reports of gunfire, according to police. Evidence was found in a hallway at 696 4th Avenue.
