Troy, NY (WRGB) — Troy police arrested a 29-year-old David Arrington from Troy after investigators said he fired a handgun outside a residence on 4th Avenue late Saturday night.
Police said patrol officers were dispatched around 11:30 p.m. Saturday, March 7, to the area of 4th Avenue and 119th Street after Rensselaer County Bureau of Public Safety dispatchers received several emergency calls reporting shots fired. Officers arriving at the scene located evidence in a common hallway of 696 4th Ave., police said. No one was injured.
