Olive & Oregano is owned by Flerida Santana Johnas. She chose the space at 51 South Pearl Street as it’s right next to MVP Arena, offices, and residential buildings, which is great for the 24-hour concept.
“Olive & Oregano is being built around how the city actually functions today, providing reliable access to food throughout the day and night rather than focusing only on limited dining windows,” said Santana Johnas.

The Olive & Oregano will be serving up Dominican comfort food and Greek classics for takeout, said Santana Johnas. The menu will include rotisserie chicken with traditional sides, gyros, soups, breakfast sandwiches, and other grab-and-go meals. The restaurant will also provide full-service catering for offices and events.
“Olive & Oregano is designed to serve Albany and the broader Capital Region with reliable, high-quality food at any hour, supporting residents, workers, and visitors as the city continues to grow,” said Santana Johnas.
