Officers responded around 6:15 a.m. Sunday, March 8 to the 200 block of Central Avenue near North Lake Avenue after receiving reports of a person who had been shot, according to Albany Police.
When officers arrived, they found the teenage victim suffering from gunshot wounds to both legs.
