ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT)- Albany Mayor Dr. Dorcey L. Applyrs has announced her first appointment to the Community Police Review Board.
Mayor Applyrs selected Dr. Lani Jones as the board’s first mayoral appointee under her administration. Dr. Jones has a background in mental health practice for women of color and experience with youth and criminal justice-impacted individuals.
