(WRGB) — A Poughkeepsie man has been arrested after New York State Police said he drove past a stopped school bus on Route 9W in the Town of New Baltimore and forced an 11-year-old child to run out of the way to avoid being hit.
On March 7, 2026, the Bureau of Criminal Investigation at Catskill, working with the Troop G New Scotland barracks, announced the arrest of 51-year-old Neal Daley of Poughkeepsie. Daley was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, a Class D felony; endangering the welfare of a child, a Class A misdemeanor; and reckless driving, an unclassified misdemeanor.
